Each will craft a signature canapé featuring premium ingredients like ORA King Salmon and native produce from Galeru - Cooroy.
They’ll be reimagining Aussie pub classics at this year’s Noosa Eat & Drink.
Pair it all with ice-cold beers from Heads of Noosa, craft spirits from Seabourne Distillery, and an exclusive Dalzotto Wines Limoncello Spritz, served fresh from the spritz cart.
